S8 Capital reduced recruitment labor from application to job offer by 39%, setting up transparent HR analytics, as well as creating a seamless recruitment process in the holding thanks to the Stream Recruitment system. The developer of the system announced this on August 25, 2023.

They were faced with the task of building recruitment processes in such a way as to spend less resources on staff selection, keep candidates in the selection process and receive transparent HR analytics at each stage.

The process was automated comprehensively at different stages:

  • Selection application. Thanks to Stream Recruitment, it became possible to quickly create applications in a couple of clicks, register an unlimited number of candidates, where vacancies are assigned a unique code for correlating the functionality and salary of a vacancy.
  • Job formation. In the "Stream Recruitment" system, the HR specialist immediately receives an application agreed with all participants in the process, containing the necessary requirements for the candidate and calculation wages for the position. This helps create a unified base candidate with a history of engagement where anyone involved in hiring a candidate can leave a comment. Thanks to the orderly process of creating and coordinating an application, preparation for selection takes one to two days.
  • Job Offer in one day. The recruiter initiates approval of the proposal, which is automatically uploaded to a pre-completed corporate-style invitation template and sent with all the necessary information to the candidate.
  • Interaction with candidates. Recruiters are always in touch, notify the applicant about different stages of selection, and thanks to this there are fewer mistakes, misunderstandings. The candidate feels that he is in close contact with the company.

The company reduced labor costs for search and recruitment by 39%, and the period of employment of employees decreased by 28% due to:

  • external personnel reserve - databases of candidates with a history of interaction;
  • automation of processes - routine operations are no longer performed manually.

The system is convenient not only for recruiters, but also for customers: 87% of managers actively use Stream Recruitment, and the time for coordinating applications and offers has been reduced by 2 times.
