2023: Ability to collect customer feedback

The fast bill payment service from Yandex Food using the QR code Check will help restaurants collect feedback from visitors. Guests of establishments connected to the Check will be able to leave reviews immediately after paying the bill through the service. It will become more convenient and faster for users to share their real impressions, and restaurants will receive an honest review. Yandex Food announced this on August 25, 2023.

After paying for the order using a QR code, the user can rate the institution (from 1 to 5 stars), as well as write a review and attach a photo to it - all this can be done without leaving the payment page in Cheka. After passing the moderation, the review will appear in [Yandex.Maps' Yandex Maps]] in the institution's card. Thus, restaurants and cafes will be able to increase the number of reviews from customers who left them immediately after visiting the institution.

With the help of Check, you can also leave a tip, see the electronic menu, monitor the amount of the bill, divide the bill into a company, call a waiter, order a taxi and leave a review, which will be displayed in Yandex Maps. Check helps establishments to increase the turnover of tables, because with its help visitors can quickly choose dishes and pay the bill. The service calculated that QR codes allow an average of 5-7 minutes to reduce the time for which one table is served. With Check, restaurants can save on acquiring. As of August 2023, more than three thousand restaurants throughout Russia have already connected to the service, Chek is constantly growing and expanding the number of partners.
