AFK Sistema (SM - Personnel management)

Project Description

The InterTrust company completed the works on system implementation "SM - Personnel management" in the Sistema Joint-stock Financial Corporation (JSFC). A new system will allow to conduct more systematically personnel work, to systematize and generalize information on personnel of the company.

The CM-Personnel management system developed by InterTrust company was implemented in AFK "Sistema" in one month. As earlier the Management on work with personnel used other personnel system, specialists of AFK "Sistema" performed import of personnel data to the CM-Personnel management system and implemented the procedure of periodic data loading from a new system in a corporate accounting system.

Earlier the CM-Personnel management system was approved in other companies entering into AFK "Sistema" holding. In 1999 in MTU-Inform Ltd company began to use the SM-Deloproizvodstvo and SM-Upravleniye personalom systems, and in 2001 this system was implemented in "Trading house the Toy Store". Speed of implementation of the project was predetermined by a vigorous position of recently formed Department of IT of AFK "Sistema". The project team which specialists of two companies entered in the shortest terms implemented the business application.
