LUKOIL-West Siberia (NORDIS/2: Personnel management)

The most significant and large project of ALEKTA company – the project of creation of the complex information management system by the enterprise in Lukoil — Western Siberia LLC.

Project Progress

The project was executed in 2000-2004. During the project step-by-step implementation of all subsystems of information system NORDIS/2 is made. During the project the methodology of maintaining projects of such big scale was developed and successfully applied.

Within the project uniform requirements to the normative reference information consisting of about 250 reference books and qualifiers are developed it is analyzed and their filling is offered. The single system of analytical accounting within which more than three hundred reports of different function are developed is created. All works were conducted taking into account features of activity of the enterprises of the different industries and types of activity.

Result

ALEKTA company proved to be as the reliable partner at all stages of a system lifecycle: development, commissioning with reconciliation of initial data, at maintenance of a system with operational software customizations, the legislation of the Russian Federation and account policy of the Company caused by changes.

Based on the software product of own development NORDIS/2 the project covered automation of 60 enterprises of different fields of activity, geographically distributed and located in 5 cities and totaled 2,100 users of a system.
