On September 5, 2023, Telfin announced that it would upgrade the telephone network of VENTINNOVA, a Russian manufacturer and supplier of equipment for ventilation and air conditioning systems, and optimize communication costs by 35%.

VENTINNOVA LLC is both a manufacturer and a certified distributor and dealer of leading developers of ventilation and air conditioning systems in Russia and in friendly countries. To improve the quality of service and service level, the company has updated the corporate telephone network and implemented virtual telephony solutions. Now communications with clients are carried out on the basis of a single Telfin platform.

The Telfin. Office exchange provides uninterrupted reception of calls over several lines, which allows the company not to miss incoming requests from customers and partners. In case of absence from the office, thanks to forwarding, employees remotely process calls from mobile phones. Thus, the company processes up to 95% of all customer requests.

The company analyzed customer requests on a territorial basis and settled on the regional numbers of the largest concentration of customers. A single city number was connected, which made it possible to optimize the budget and reduce communication costs by 35%. In addition to processing incoming calls, the virtual number Moscow is also used for active sales. In this segment of the economy, the sales cycle can take a long time and go through several stages of communication, and communications are more personalized, so employees, as a rule, switch to their mobile phones.

All agreements that are reached with customers and partners in the framework of telephone conversations on mobile or city numbers are automatically recorded in the virtual PBX. Ready integration with the Megaplan system, which as of September 2023 is used by VENTINNOVA employees, allows you to record all data in CRM and keep the entire history of cooperation in one place. Thus, the company can manage sales, controlling the execution of tasks, - said Ivan Pavlov, project manager at Telfin.

VENTINNOVA plans to significantly expand the multi-channel operation of the PBX and scale the corporate telephone network by including the customer service and technical support department. To optimize the work of the administrative department, it is planned to connect the virtual secretary or. voice robot
