2023: Automation of technological connection of consumers to the power supply network
The Samara Network Company"" automated technological connection of consumers to the power supply network, accounting and charging of consumed electric energy. Created industry subsystems are integrated accounting system with company and client web service. This was announced 1C-Rarus by "" on September 11, 2023.
During the project, 2 subsystems based on 1C:Enterprise 8 platform were developed.
The subsystem "Electric Energy Accounting" for accounting and accrual of consumed electricity has already been tested and is used in the "Samara Grid Company."
The subsystem "Automated workplace" Consumer Service Center "" (hereinafter referred to as "Consumer Service Center") has automated the process of technological connection of consumers to the power supply network. With the help of the subsystem, individuals and organizations draw up applications for connection to the power grids of the Samara Grid Company, and receive advice. 200 jobs were automated.
Results of implementation of "Consumer Service Center" subsystem
- The procedure for technological connection to electric networks has been converted to digital format: from the moment of submission of the application by the consumer to the moment of receipt of technical specifications.
- Increased the rate of reaction of the Samara Network Company to consumer appeals. The documentation processing time has been reduced by 2 times.
- Continuous control over the terms of submission of documents to consumers is ensured in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- The subsystem is integrated with the main accounting system of the company "1C: Production Enterprise Management." From the "Consumer Service Center" to the 1S:UPP, information about consumers and contracts for technological connection is transmitted, and data on received payments are returned back.
- Integration with the "Consumer's Personal Account" - a web service on the company's website for submitting requests and applications for technological connection, tracking their implementation, recording for reception, transmitting readings of consumed electricity, contracts and their approval statuses.
