Dynamics has been cooperating with the bank since 2018, during which time several components of the Dynamika IT ecosystem were introduced into the IT landscape: Dynamika Front Office for servicing individuals, Dynamika Credit Pipeline and Dynamika AML.
The introduction of Dynamika Online Office helped Primsotsbank to turn the registration form into a full-fledged channel of communication with customers, and also provided convenient interaction between the client and the bank. At the same time, all communication takes place without visiting the bank.
Thanks to the Online Office, customers can submit applications and carry out all subsequent actions through their personal account, including sending additional documents, communicating with bank specialists and tracking the status of the application.
In the future, the integration of the components of the Dynamika Ecosystem will allow banks not only to simplify interaction with customers, but also to be able to automatically count on giving customers personalized offers, for example, on the Overdraft product for business.
