Yauza Soft completed the project of automation in NISKOM investment construction company. A program part of the project is executed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.
Project Tasks
It was necessary to carry out automation of all components of investment and construction activity:
Management of finance
- provide company management with objective financial information;
- provide a possibility of conducting accounting and tax accounting of shared-equity construction, accelerate preparation of financial statements;
Construction management
- increase the accuracy of planning of production costs;
Sales management
- increase efficiency of work of sales department and provide steadily high quality of customer service.
About the choice
As the implementer the management of customer company selected Yauza Soft company.
For automation were selected "by 1C: Contractor of construction 4.0. Management of finance" and "The manager of construction 2.0" - the software products developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.
The selected solutions functionally added each other, having provided the solution of the majority of the tasks set by the management of "NISKOM". Configuration "1C: Contractor of construction 4.0. Management of finance" formed a basis for control automation by finance, accounting and tax accounting and also sales management and settlement with buyers. With the help "The manager of construction 2.0" was automated management of construction production. In addition to functionality of the selected software products specialists of Yauza Soft implemented a number of the completions which allowed to consider features of work of customer company.

During the project the following sections are automated:
- control block finance, accounting and tax accounting
Implementation of a subsystem allowed to reduce by 30% of a labor cost for accomplishment of accounting transactions, and the service of accounting of the customer had an opportunity of operational preparation of the regulated reporting: balance, profit and loss statement and report of cash flow.
The term of preparation of the quarter management reporting was reduced by 2.5 times: to system implementation at financial service left for this work of 25 days, and now on it 10 days are required. With implementation of a new system at the chief financial officer time for the solution of other tasks was released: planning of financial flows of the company, financial analysis, development of offers on increase in cost efficiency of the enterprise.
Implementation of control block finance NISKOM financial service increased efficiency of processing of requests for expenditure of means. A system automatically controls compliance of the forthcoming payments to indicators of the budget and to payment terms to partners that allowed to reduce significantly risks of violation of conditions of agreements regarding settlement with suppliers and to optimize an account component of the budget of cash flow.
The solution "Manager of Construction 2.0" gave the chance to the management to plan production costs and works.
Control of versions - our everything
Use of the mechanism of "a versioning of execution plans of works" allowed to count bigger number of planning cycles. Thanks to it the accuracy of production planning grew that says in more exact compliance of planned and actual data about costs. A system saves versions of plans, giving the chance to managers of the company to see the made changes and to carry out contrastive analysis of versions. The mechanism of budgeting of production division on the basis of the execution plan of works allowed to reduce terms of budgeting of cash flow by 5 times. Now information on the forthcoming costs arrives beforehand and with necessary extent of detailing that allows to distribute more effectively financial flows, more full to satisfy the needs for financial resources and, in case of need, to find additional financing sources.
