[manager of construction 2.0 |http://www.1c-building.ru the Manager of construction 2.0] — a system for conducting operational accounting in small and medium-sized construction companies on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. In a configuration the following problems are solved:

Cash management

  • Maintaining cash desks and checking accounts of the enterprise;
  • Reflection of the fact of write-off / cash receipt on checking accounts and in cash desks of the enterprise;
  • Conducting settlement with partners under agreements and by construction objects;
  • Conducting settlement with advance holders;
  • Cash flow analysis on bank accounts and cash desks. Information can be obtained by currencies, bank accounts and cash desks.

Management of supply

  • Collecting and processing of requests for supply from contractors;
  • Tracking of the status of request from the moment of its introduction and before execution;
  • Formation of supplier orders, internal orders;
  • Formation of tasks to drivers (waybills);
  • Selection of optimal suppliers;
  • Analysis of execution of requests;
  • Analysis of a status of a warehouse;
  • Accounting of the movement of materials in several warehouses, a warehouse of address storage, storage on MOL;
  • Reflection of economic operations on accounting of the movement Inventories:
    • - Receipt of Inventories from the supplier on a warehouse and on an object;
    • - Movement of Inventories between warehouses and objects;
    • - Receipt of Inventories based on inventory;
    • - Write-off of Inventories;
    • - Transfer of Inventories to production.

  • Lot-based accounting of the movement Inventories. The batch is characterized by the name of material, unit of measure and the price.
  • Conducting settlement with suppliers by invoices for payment;
  • Automatic selection of the price of material on the remaining balance which is available in a warehouse or an object at a material transfer from a warehouse or from an object.

Control of the equipment, tools and materials in operation

  • Reflection of receipt of fixed assets and their transfer on balance of the enterprise;
  • Maintaining the list of fixed assets with their consolidation in any groups and subgroups;
  • Accounting of the movement OS and tools on objects, works and responsible persons;
  • Fixed asset movement;
  • Transfer and write-off of fixed assets;
  • Analysis of a status and location of fixed assets;
  • Automatic calculation of depreciation, accounting of the movement and wear of tools;

- Material accounting in operation: - Transfer of materials to operation; - A material return from operation; - Write-off of materials from operation; - Change of parameters of depreciation of materials in operation; - The analysis of a status of materials in operation.

Personnel management and payroll accounting

  • Maintaining the ITR list and workers, information storage about employees with a possibility of consolidation of employees in any groups and subgroups;
  • Introduction of staff changes, acceptance, dismissal, change of the status of employees;
  • The analysis of structure of employment of workers on objects;
  • Charge and payment of ZP to workers, drawing up sheets of charge and payment of ZP. The module allows to create a number of documents automatically:
    • - Charge of the sole making ZP using the mechanism of planned charges;
    • - Filling of data on payment for data of charge of ZP.

  • Issue of money under the loan agreement, deduction of the amounts from the salary of the worker on account of repayment of a loan.

Estimate planning and pricing

  • Simultaneous creation of two estimates: estimates for the customer and the expensive estimate for production;
  • Instant control of profitability as in general on a construction object, and on separate stages and works;
  • Maintaining single intra-corporate quotations on works. Each element of the reference book "Estimate Quotations" contains as estimate data (cost data for the customer), and expensive data (cost data for production);
  • Automation of determination of the price of a resource on the basis of links to sources of the prices and additional coefficients;
  • Accounting of additional non-productive expenses and entertainment expenses, both the amount, and percent from estimated cost to the customer;
  • Reflection of subcontract works as executed by own forces;
  • Task of different "allowances" and discounts for a total sum of the estimate to the customer by means of conversion factors;
  • Output of estimate data both to all amount in general, and per unit of position amount;
  • Automatic creation of the schedule on the basis of the estimate.

Sales planning and production costs

  • Input of planned data for the purposes of comparison of the plan and control of its actual accomplishment:
    • - Introduction of expense plans on works;
    • - Introduction of planned data on sales.

  • The plan can be created on the basis of the estimate, the schedule or irrespective of them.

Scheduling

  • Automatic calculation of start and end dates of works on the basis of the schedule;
  • Calculation of cost of works by cost items by data about the cost of the used resources;
  • Automatic recalculation of amount/duration of works for production in amount for the customer, by means of conversion factor;
  • Group calculation of duration of works on data on labor input and number of available workers;
  • Reflection of subcontract works in the schedule to the customer as executed by own forces;
  • Loading of the schedule from the estimate. When loading sections of the estimate turn into job groups, and estimate positions in works;
  • Output of the reporting under scheduling (reports of Work and Resources) in the form of tables or in the form of Gant's charts in three versions:
    • - For production and the customer at the same time – for the purposes of comparison of schedules;
    • - Only data for production;
    • - Only data for the customer.
