2025: Launch of all production lines for the production of plastic cable channels in Kostroma

Emilink Group of Companies has completed the launch of all production lines at the enterprise for the production of plastic cable channels in Kostroma. The production, opened in the spring of 2025, was the first in the region in this segment. The products are produced under the NTSS brand. Emilink announced this on November 19, 2025.

The company has passed the full cycle of installation and adjustment of equipment, and today the production lines are operating normally. The launch of capacities will ensure growing demand for cable-carrying systems on the Russian market.

The production capacity of the enterprise allows you to annually produce:

• more than 380 thousand linear meters of plastic cable channels,
• about 2.5 million linear meters of corrugated pipes,
• over 420 thousand units of accessories - corners, adapters, connecting and mounting elements.

NTSS cable channels are made of high-quality self-extinguishing PVC and are distinguished by precise geometry, ease of installation and resistance to external influences. The products are intended for construction and modernization of telecommunication and engineering infrastructure - in commercial buildings, production premises, data centers and other facilities.

The implementation of the project became possible with the support of regional authorities. The company received a preferential loan under the co-financing program of the Industrial Development Fund of the Kostroma Region.

As of November 2025, production is carried out on leased areas. In the future, it is planned to move to its own production complex - the site for construction has already been allocated on Industrialnaya Street.
