LLC INK"" and its affiliates legal use such products as: 1C NSI 1.0, 1S:UPP 1.3, 1S:ZUP 3.1. KORP, 3.0 1S:BP. KORP,.УХ. 1C:ERP The system in which some documents are centrally coordinated is 2.1. 1C: Document Flow KORP. In connection with the huge volume of paper document flow, by the beginning of 2022, the company was tasked with expanding the list of types of documents, the approval and signing of which should take place in electronic form. In the period from January 2022 to October 2022, our company, together with JSC Corporate -, ITprojects an official partner, InfoSoft implemented electronic approval processes and such signings types of documents as:

  • Material report;
  • Advance Report;
  • Sale of goods and services;
  • Certificate of commissioning of fixed assets.

It is no coincidence that we chose Corporate IT Projects JSC as an implementation partner, since earlier INC LLC and its subsidiaries had already collaborated with them. Their specialists have shown themselves to be experienced, qualified, responsible and reliable partners. Within the framework of the project, Corporate IT Projects JSC, an official partner of InfoSoft, was tasked with ensuring the possibility of electronic approval and signing of the above types of documents.

The following works were performed by specialists of Corporate IT Projects JSC, an official partner of InfoSoft:

  • Analysis of business processes for working with implemented documents was carried out;
  • Set up integration between 1C: Document flow 2.1 CORP and the bases of 1S:BP subsidiaries of INC LLC;
  • Documents "Advance Report," "Material Report," "Acceptance of Fixed Assets," "Fixed Asset Operations," "Sale of Goods and Services" are included in seamless integration. In addition, as part of the work on the latter, the "Delivery Order," "Invoice Issued" are additionally included;
  • The business processes on the implemented documents were automated according to the data obtained as a result of the analysis;
  • A mechanism has been implemented that allows you to configure the ability to edit the details of the document that started the process in 1C: Document Flow;
  • Within the scope of works under the document "Certificate of Commissioning of Fixed Assets," a mechanism for automatic formation of signatories has been implemented depending on the composition of the commission deciding on commissioning of fixed assets;
  • For the "Advance Report" document, it is possible to sign the document by one individual twice: for the first time for himself; the second - by power of attorney;
  • For the "Advance Report" document, it is possible to automatically form signatories depending on the value of the "Responsible" and "Accountable Person" details;
  • A mechanism has been implemented for the automatic selection of coordinating persons and the formation of tasks for each of them, depending on the availability and number of specified "Needs" in the document "Delivery Order" as part of the process under the document "Sale of Goods and Services";
  • The mechanism of automatic formation of signatories of the document "Sale of goods and services" was implemented depending on the value of the details "Warehouse";
  • As part of the process under the document "Sale of Goods and Services," the logic of displaying a certificate electronic signature is implemented depending on the value of the "Organization" details specified in the signed document;
  • It is possible to send to the counterparty and sign the outgoing document in the built-in processing of "Diadok" in 1S:UPP as part of the process under the document "Sale of goods and services";
  • Functional configuration of processes for implemented documents was performed;
  • Instructions have been prepared for users and administrators; Roles and access rights are configured
  • Training of users was carried out;
  • Pilot operation of the implemented functionality was carried out, within the framework of which operational consulting of users was carried out.

As a result of the implementation, it was possible to electronically agree and sign such types of documents as:

  • Material report;
  • Advance Report;
  • Sale of goods and services;
  • Certificate of commissioning of fixed assets.

The implemented processes have been put into commercial operation and are successfully used. The system is supported in-house with the involvement of specialists from Corporate IT Projects JSC.
