2022: Implementation of solutions "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" and "1C: Document Flow 8"

The rapid growth of the company and the number of employees, the need for warehouse accounting and international financial reporting were the reasons for the implementation of the automation system.

One of the goal-setting tasks in the implementation of the project was to create a unified system for maintaining a regulated accounting loop: for this, accounting data was transferred from 3 databases of 3 companies to a single system. We also set up financial statements and warehouse accounting, and linked to the billing system. In addition, I wanted to implement the project using a product that could combine all accounting circuits available in the company, namely the regulated accounting unit and the payroll unit, financial management and budgeting.

Initially, solution 1C was considered due to the flexibility of the program and the ability to configure for any tasks. The choice was between different configurations. The decisive thing was that the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management decision has the ability to maintain international financial accounting. The choice settled on "1C:ERP Enterprise Management License for 50 people + Document Management."

The first stage was the implementation of accounting and regulated accounting. The transition to a new modern system gave managers the opportunity to work in a single system, they no longer need to move from one base to another to maintain and obtain different data. In the future, it is planned to set up all financial indicators and reports with regular mechanisms. Set up warehouse accounting, in which it will be possible to refine the code and set up exchange with the billing system.
