X-Com modernized the print infrastructure of the Volga-Balt Administration

2023: Modernization of the fleet of copying and printing equipment

The X-Com Group of Companies has completed a project to modernize the fleet of copying and printing equipment of the Volga-Balt Administration, one of the water transport institutions in Russia. As a result, the speed and convenience of processing printed documents has been improved. X-Com announced this on September 15, 2023.

During the project, X-Com engineers analyzed the structure of the customer's internal document flow, the volume of color and monochrome printing, as well as the state of the existing equipment. As a result, devices to be replaced that do not meet the requirements of the institution's work processes were identified, the need to introduce additional MFPs was established and their technical specifications were drawn up.

Based on the data obtained, the selection and delivery of monochrome MFP HP LaserJet Pro M428fdw and color HP Color LaserJet Pro M479fdn was carried out. The equipment is integrated into the customer's information system, all the necessary pre-commissioning and testing are performed. The project was carried out in strict accordance with the contractual conditions in terms of scope, terms and warranty obligations. As a service-oriented integrator, X-Com provides routine maintenance and technical support for the created solution.
