To build a full-fledged production complex, the company needed an integrated IT system that took into account the specifics of the pharmaceutical enterprise. Before the project, separate systems were used: 1C: Accounting, 1S:ZUP and 1C: Document Flow. Their functionality was not enough for the prompt and accurate formation of management reporting. Moreover, the potential of BioJet implies a large amount of data, operations, employees and tasks that will be more convenient and practical to implement in a single information system.

The best option was the solution "1C:ERP. Enterprise Management. " It meets the current requirements of the company: solving production and management problems, validation of computerized systems according to world GxP standards according to GAMP 5. In addition, the system can be developed and individually refined for business processes. The implementation partner was the Moscow project office at the Paveletskaya IT integrator First Bit.

The transition from 1C: Accounting and 1S:ZUP to 1C:ERP lasted 10 months. As a result, all documents and data for the closed 2021 and 2022 were transferred to this system from the old databases. Employees of all departments of the enterprise now work in a single information system.

During the project, the exchange between programs 1C:ERP and 1C was implemented: Document flow. Contracts are created in the 1C: Document Flow and automatically transferred to the 1C:ERP, that is, 1C: Document Flow is selected by the master system. When you create a contract, responsible employees are notified by mail to accept the contract. This greatly simplified and accelerated the document flow in the organization.

The system meets the basic needs of the company, additional software development is underway in terms of covering the individual features of our enterprise.
