The NFP design office of First Bit robotized the work of the accounting department at Centralized Accounting LLC, an enterprise serving leading retailers. The company "hired" Danila's software robot based on the PIX RPA. The robot performs routine tasks: uploads accounts reconciliation acts with counterparties from the systems, checks the mailbox for reports of reconciliations from suppliers, compares acts of suppliers and customers, generates reports of disagreements and reports on the work done. This was announced on September 19 by PIX Robotics.

The Danila robot is a software and methodological complex for the development of the NFP design office of the First Bit company. PMC is based on the Russian RPA a platform from PIX Robotics. Danila consists of software algorithms and scripts for digitalization, business processes performing routine work instead of living employees. Thus, the burden on workers and the number of errors due to the human factor are reduced. 

50 companies from Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Moscow are in the service of Centralized Accounting LLC. Before the introduction of Danila in accounting, acts on nine legal entities with more than 1000 counterparties were checked manually. One robot saved three accountants from the routine - now employees are not overloaded with the same type of tasks and independently process only the exceptions laid down at the start of the project. In the free time, accountants can focus on more complex and expert duties.

Despite our experience in robotizing the business process "Reconciliation of settlements with counterparties," the project team of Centralized Accounting LLC also played an important role, which was included in the process, showed activity, interest, openness and promptly advised us - executors. All this served to carry out work at all stages of the project,

Automation of routine processes in accounting is one of the known directions in RPA, since, on the one hand, there are many such tasks, and they lie on the surface, and on the other hand, robotization shows high efficiency here. The case of Centralized Accounting LLC is quite indicative, since only one robot freed up the time of three specialists at once.

For Centralized Accounting LLC, robotization of the accounting department is the first step in. The digital transformation IT implementation of this tool in other functional areas is already being discussed with the unit. The management also considers the prospect of creating its own competence center.
