As of September 2023, Konica Minolta personnel processes have been transferred to the HRlink platform, such as registration of vacations, business trips, signing of various applications and certificates within the system using EP. In total, 80% of the company's employees switched to personnel EDO. This helped not only optimize document management in the head office, but also automate it for specialists working remotely.

Employees can certify personnel documents with an enhanced unqualified electronic signature (UNEP), which is issued remotely through the user's personal account on the HRlink platform. You can sign from any device - just enter the code from sms or email (at the user's choice). The entire process and current statuses for each application in online mode can be controlled by a personnel specialist. Also, employees using this system now have constant access to their signed documents, and they can get any certificate they need in a matter of minutes.

The introduction of personnel EDO will provide Konica Minolta with planned savings on consumables and logistics for document forwarding - about 40% annually - and will also significantly speed up personnel processes in the company.
