Tulateploset (1C: Accounting)

In Tulateploset company the project of automation of accounting is complete. Within the project the 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 software products are implemented. Specialists of SoftExpert company were engaged in project implementation. Tulateploset - one of the largest enterprises of Tula, provides life activity and industrial production of the city. The main activities of the company are production of thermal energy, transfer of thermal energy, renovation of property fund.

Using standard functionality of systems accounting, payroll and personnel records is automated. Besides, subsystems of management accounting on sections "Accounting of boiler houses and heating systems" and "Accounting of settlings with subscribers" are implemented.

In a project deliverable the accuracy and efficiency of accounting of implementation of thermal energy is increased, control over receivables is strengthened, document flow both in departments, and between them is accelerated. Besides, the transparency of accounting records is increased, the analytics of the cost accounting on divisions is detailed, the accuracy of payroll to the employees is increased.

70 jobs using the 1C: Accounting 8 software product and 23 jobs with use "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in 13 divisions of the organization are automated.

Further development of functionality on section of accounting of consumption of the main energy resources of the enterprise and accounting of settlings with subscribers is planned.
