Tulateploset Ltd is the largest supplier of thermal energy for the city of Tula.

History

1965 - 1968

From 1965 to 1968 - "Directorate of quarter boiler houses". In August, 1965 the decision of the Tula Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies based on boiler houses of housing and communal services created Directorate of quarter boiler houses which began to function since October of the same year. In total 36 boiler houses, including quarter boiler houses of apartment "B", apartment "190", apartment "100-101", the boiler house of Semashko hospital, the small boiler houses Mendeleevskaya 2/8, Lenin Ave., 2, Komintern, 64, Sovetskaya, 40 which are liquidated now were a part of directorate. Basov Ivan Sergeyevich was appointed the first director of the enterprise.

1968 - 1987

From 1968 to 1987 - "The enterprise of the integrated boiler houses and thermal networks of Tula". With acceptance in operation of new boiler houses and the increasing installed capacity of boilers, the directorate of quarter boiler houses in 1968 is transformed to the enterprise of the integrated boiler houses and Thermal networks (POK and CU) of Tula.

1975

In 1975 the 200 Gcal/hour Zarechny district boiler house, and in 1980 the Frunze district boiler house, 150 Gcal/hour was constructed and put into operation.

1987 - 1990

From 1987 to 1990 - "The Tula city enterprise "TULATEPLOSET". Commissioning of such large sources of heat supply with powerful extensive thermal networks allowed to transfer the enterprise from discharge POKITS to higher category Thermal networks".

1990 - 1994

From 1990 to 1994 - "TULATEPLOSET rent enterprise". The enterprise continuously develops, production volume constantly increases, the structure and even legal form of the enterprise changes, in 1990 I will fall the enterprise becomes rent.

1994 - 1996

From 1994 to 1996 - TULATEPLOSET Ltd. In 1994 the enterprise becomes the closed joint stock company (CJSC). But not only the name of the enterprise changes, also the enterprise, its equipment, power of boiler houses, extent of thermal networks changes.

1996

Since 1996 till present TULATEPLOSET Ltd. The "Tula Enterprise of Thermal Networks" (Tulateploset Ltd) private company is created as a result of conversion of the rent enterprise "Tula Enterprise of Thermal Networks" to private company. It is registered by the Resolution of the Head of administration of Proletarsky district of Tula No. 555 of 4/8/94 (it is re-registered by administration of Proletarsky district resolution No. 1027 of 7/12/96) and works according to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Federal law "About Joint-stock Companies" of December 26, 1995 No. 208-FZ, the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Charter of society.
