2023: Digital Construction Control Platform Launch

ДОМ.РФ on September 25, 2023, it launched the Digital Construction Control (DCC) cloud platform, which will help manage construction projects using information modeling technologies (TIM). The CCS was developed at the Development Institute and entered into the register of software of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation.

CCS is a subsystem of the Unified Information System for Housing Construction наш.дом.рф for managing construction projects, working with documents and information models. It allows the developer to obtain high-quality and reliable initial data on the construction object, without which it is impossible to control processes. Also, developers using the CCS can control the relevance of the project documentation and the compliance of the resulting three-dimensional model with the design assignment.

At the same time, citizens receive higher quality housing, since TIM helps to eliminate serious errors in the project. The use of "Digital Construction Control" will allow industry participants to fulfill the requirements of legislation on the formation of an information model for capital construction facilities and ensure its quality. From July 1, 2024, the use of TIM will become mandatory for the construction of all new residential complexes, and from January 1, 2025 - for the conduct of all housing construction in Russia.
