Rostrud launched a penalty payment and tracking service for employers

If the legal entity has fines, the information is displayed in the form of a list of fines with statuses: "not paid," "paid," "partially paid," "canceled." If there are no penalties, a record of no penalties is displayed.

According to the press service of Rostrud, which is responsible for violations of labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms, each fine is accompanied by a resolution that contains all information about it. When you click on the payment button for a fine, the user is redirected to the State Public services website for payment. Information that the fine has been paid or partially paid will be received by the personal account on the "Онлайнинспекция.рф" within a few days. If you wish to pay the fine personally through the bank, the user can download and print a receipt with details.

When registering a new employer for "Онлайнинспекция.рф," a request is automatically sent to the Rostrud system that checks the presence of fines from this employer.

Also in September 2023, two more new services appeared on the Онлайнинспекция.рф portal - Guarantees, Benefits and Compensation for Employees and Issuance of Personal Protective Equipment. One of them helps to find out what guarantees an employee is entitled to under labor law, and the second - which employee is entitled to personal protective equipment.[1]
