Group of Companies "Urbanteh" carried out the first foreign delivery of domestic photo and video recording complexes "Azimut 4" - to the Republic of Uzbekistan. 20 complexes of automatic recording of traffic violations will be placed on the roads of Tashkent. Urbanteh announced this on October 4, 2023.

Earlier, as part of a pilot project in the capital of the republic, two Azimut 4 photo and video recording complexes were installed: for recognition of exceeding the established speed limit and to control compliance with traffic rules at one of the intersections of the city. Technical means have proven their effectiveness: in the places where the complexes are located, drivers have become more disciplined.

By the end of 2023, Urbanteh Group of Companies plans an additional supply of 60 Azimut 4 complexes. The increase in the number of photo and video recording complexes is provided for by the territorial road safety program adopted by the Tashkent hokim .

"Azimuth 4" - devices that are included in the top 3 photo and video recording complexes. They are used in 42 regions of Russia and have already confirmed their effectiveness in reducing the accident rate. They help to increase the level of road traffic and fulfill the tasks of reducing transport and social risks. They are able to recognize 51 composition of traffic violations: both typical, for example, driving on the side of the road, entering the oncoming lane, crossing a solid marking line, and complex compositions, for recognition of which neural network processing is used: an unfastened seat belt, using a phone while driving, and others. One complex can recognize more than 12 at a time types of traffic violations.

According to official accident statistics, for seven months of 2023, 675 accidents were registered on the roads of Tashkent, in which 71 people died and 787 people received various injuries. Most a frequent cause of accidents was speeding - 99 cases. The prohibition signal of the traffic light was ignored by drivers in 90 cases.

These technical means of monitoring traffic rules are designed to reduce the accident rate on the roads of the capital by 15-20% and reduce mortality as a result of road accidents by 30-35%. In addition, the installation of photo and video recording complexes will help increase the driving culture and discipline drivers, while reducing the number of offenses in the field of road safety by 10-15% annually.
