2024: Inclusion in the register of Russian software

2023: Launch of "BIT.GOZ"

On October 9, 2023, First Bit launched a solution to ensure the financial security of the executors of state defense orders BIT.GOZ.

The number of companies fulfilling state defense orders is growing rapidly. At the same time, the reporting and security data requirements of these enterprises are tightened. - IT Integrator "First Bit" has developed a solution that is suitable for enterprises of any industry -,, and metal working mechanical engineering instrument making others.

The program allows you not only to collect the reporting required by law, but also to manage the financial situation at the enterprise.

BIT.Goz is an aggregator of data from various accounting sources, for example, systems based on 1C or Excel, and is aimed at compliance with the conditions of separate accounting and the formation of calculation and calculation materials. The program is able to import data from accounting systems using locally configured mechanisms, store this data, process and present it in the form of planned and reporting forms.

With the help of BIT, it is possible to design the cost of government contracts, register the planned and actual indicators of concluded contracts, provide a complete set of intermediate and reporting forms of costing.

The basic configuration of BIT GOZ already provides for a typical data exchange of the "1C: ERP" family, but in the next six months there will be versions for the configurations "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management," "1C: Integrated Automation," "1C: Enterprise Accounting" and "1C: Our Enterprise Management."

The solution was created on the platform "1C:Enterprise 8.3z," certified in the system of certification of information security tools according to the requirements of [information security]] No. ROSS RU.0001.01BI00. Thanks to this, it fully provides work with information representing state secrets.

It becomes more difficult to work with government contracts every year: their volumes are growing, and there are very few qualified personnel. By the end of 2023, the functions of control over security and timing, as well as the possibility of applying the method of a comparable price, will appear in BIT.GOZ. The plans for 2024 include: control of purchase prices and occupancy, batch accounting of products, working time planning tools.
