Education

In 2010, he graduated from school externally, in the same year he entered the American University in Sharjah (UAE).

In 2013, he transferred to the University of Australia Dubai, majoring in Business and Management.

In 2018 he graduated from the Grozny Polytechnic College in Grozny, having received the qualification of a lawyer. In the same year he served in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in the Chechen Republic. He has the rank of junior lieutenant.

Career

2018-2022

In 2018, he was hired by the Territorial Compulsory Health Insurance Fund of the Chechen Republic as an assistant director.

In January 2019, he was appointed First Deputy Director of TFCMI CR.

In 2021, he graduated with honors from the Gudermes branch of the UVO Institute of Finance and Law, receiving a bachelor's degree in Economics.

In 2022, he received a diploma in professional retraining in the field of health organization and public health. Awarded the qualification "Specialist in the field of health organization and public health."

2023: Appointment as Minister of Health of Chechnya

In October 2023, Adam Alkhanov was appointed the new Minister of Health of the Chechen Republic. Previously, he served as Deputy Prime Minister of the Regional Government responsible for the social block.

As the head of the republic Ramzan Kadyrov said in his Telegram channel, he introduced the new head of the Ministry of Health at a meeting with the head of the Roszdravnadzor department in Moscow and the Moscow region Roman Kurynin and the head of the operational department of the territorial Moscow Center for Disaster Medicine Alexei Sysoev. They arrived in Chechnya on a working visit.[1]

Awards

He was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, the medal of the TFCMI of the Chechen Republic "For Contribution to the Development of the Compulsory Medical Insurance System of the Chechen Republic," the commemorative medal of the Chechen Parliament "15 years of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic," the badge of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Chechen Republic "For difference in the fight against terrorism" and other departmental awards.
