Earlier, the partners of the company selling and supplying Komus products at retail points had to go to their personal account and manually enter information on orders into their own "1C."

Specialists of the First Bit of the Moscow Preobrazhenka office have developed an integration module with which they synchronized the work of the Comus online store with 1C.

The module creates an internal 1C document for each order received, allowing you to match items between 1C and the online store assortment, and to create, modify, or delete links between items and catalog items.

The platform for the module was the product "1C-Bitrix: Site Management." It also configured the generation, activation and deactivation of API keys and connected the logging mechanism.

As a result, employees of the Comus company itself and its partners reduced the time that they previously spent on accounting and processing orders by 50%, and accelerated their fulfillment by 20%. All orders automatically appear in their 1C systems with the correct item names, quantity, and order amount.
