LANIT Volga region will implement EDMS in the Nizhny Novgorod center of standardization, metrology and certification

The LANIT Volga region company won the tender for development and maintenance of an electronic document management system of LanDocs in Nizhegorodsky TsSM Federal State Institution. The main objective of the project – to increase effective management of internal processes of the organization customer.

In separate divisions of the organization in the summer of 2010 pilot system implementation of electronic document management of LanDocs was executed. Having received confirmation of efficiency and convenience of LanDocs from users, the management of Nizhegorodsky TsSM Federal State Institution made the decision on development of a system in other divisions. Project implementation was entrusted LANIT Volga region, to the regional enterprise of LANIT group in Nizhny Novgorod.

Implementation of LanDocs in all organization will allow to automate many internal business processes of Nizhegorodsky TsSM, including work with territorially remote divisions and also to improve interaction management of employees and to strengthen control of execution of instructions. During the project specialists LANIT Volga region should solve the problems connected with development, registration, storage and document retrieval. For confidential information protection means of the EDS and data encryption will be used. Within implementation of LanDocs regulations of collective work with documents of staff of different divisions will be implemented. Nizhegorodsky TsSM Federal State Institution expects that use of a system will help to increase effective management of internal processes of the organization in general.

Implementation is going to be carried out in three steps until the end of 2010. Delivery of the necessary software, its installation on the server and client places, trial operation, user training and final adjustment will be during this time executed.
