2023: Launch of robotic contractor engagement system

GK "A101" presented a robotic system for attracting contractors. It will automatically monitor the activity of potential partners on open tender platforms and invite them to the Electronic Trading Platform (ETP) of the Group to participate in tenders. This was announced on October 16, 2023 by the Director of Information Technologies of the A101 Group of Companies Alexei Skladenikin at the conference "Digitalization in the Construction Business."

Over the previous 5 years, the Group's average number of bidders increased by 15%. At the same time, in only 9 months of 2023, more than 1.5 thousand potential contractors participated in tenders. The digitalization of their attraction seems to lead to a further increase in the number of tender participants, which will have a good effect on competition, - explained Alexey Skvastenikin.

He added that his own ETP, due to transparency and an intuitive interface, reached a trading volume of more than 20 billion rubles a year.

The ease of use, lack of information addition and a good competitive environment allows us to choose the most optimal conditions and at the same time optimize costs. So, in 2023, the savings from the average tender price amounted to 11%, - said the expert of the A101 Group of Companies.

In general, according to Alexei Skladenikin, such digital communications tools as the contractor's personal account (LCP) contribute to the acceleration of document flow and indirectly even may affect the speed of construction of facilities and their transfer to owners

As of October 2023, 96% of contractors with whom we work in Moscow have their own personal account, and now it is also used as part of our facilities in the Leningrad Region, "said Alexey Skladenikin.

In particular, according to him, LCP is used to transfer working documentation to the contractor - this process is reduced from one working day to 5 seconds. The procedure for providing contractors with the necessary materials, including ordering, tendering and nominating suppliers, for some materials, including concrete and reinforcement, has been reduced from several weeks to 4 days.

LCP also helps to speed up the procedure for transferring new apartments and commercial premises to their owners by improving the complaint procedure. Only due to more prompt fixation and transmission of the comments of the owners, we managed to reduce the time from elimination by 15%, - said Alexey Skladenikin.
