2023: Introducing the "Career Marketplace"

HeadHunter on October 18, 2023 announced the launch of the Career Marketplace. The site presents mentors, career consultants and psychologists, with the help of which applicants will be able to receive a large range of services and consultations on a variety of tasks for finding a job and building a career.

The "career marketplace" on the hh.ru makes it possible to comfortably find people from different professional fields and receive from them what will help job seekers succeed in the labor market.

There are three types of mentors on the site:

• Mentors are people who took place in certain industries. As a rule, they work in top companies and can help those who have aimed to move to this industry or want to join the team of a particular employer. They are ready to tell how to make the resume more attractive, what skills are better to develop, how to interview the hiring manager and how to best advance within a sphere or organization. They are also able to help master a skill you lack for career advancement.
• Career consultants are HR experts with extensive experience who can be involved in solving an even wider range of career tasks for packaging experience, skills and achievements in resumes, resolving difficult situations at work, choosing a new profession, overcoming career obstacles, and so on.
• Career psychologists - they help to experience difficult situations at work, cope with burnout and overcome impostor syndrome.

Applicants will be able to contact mentors with requests that close most of the problems and issues related to job search and career building: compiling a resume and career plan, working out a job search strategy, moving to a new profession, preparing for an interview, overcoming burnout, assessing the current level of competence and much more.

Also, applicants can always come to the site with an individual task, and there is a specialist to solve it. The marketplace is convenient in that consultants with a variety of professional roles have already been assembled on the same site and their knowledge and practice are consonant with all modern requirements.
