Axioma-Soft has implemented a project to develop an automated information system for 1100 jobs for Kordiant JSC. Axioma-Soft announced this on October 20, 2023.

Before the project, the company did not have a single mechanism for working with documents and used outdated software products. The company's employees could not work with the documentation in multi-user mode and did not receive notifications on the current status of the orders put under control. At the same time, the timely delivery of documents within the framework of information exchange at the workplaces of performers was not optimized. All this led to high labor costs of personnel for the search and processing of documents.

To solve problems, Axioma-Soft specialists have developed a unified information system based on the 1C: Document Management 8 KORP software product.

For example, a collaborative document editing mechanism was implemented that allowed simultaneous adjustments and real-time view of colleagues' comments.

In addition, the function of monitoring the availability of an explanatory note for any type of document was optimized, and a mechanism was created for keeping records of issues and solving them in protocols. At the same time, the specialists finalized the logic for re-approval, and also changed the mechanism for establishing links depending on the additional analysts of the document.

Thus, the implementation of the project made it possible to achieve the following results:

1. Automated document processing business processes (review, approval, execution, etc.) at all levels of the enterprise.
2. The coordination of orders, memos, outgoing correspondence has improved and accelerated.
3. The control over the execution of orders, memos, incoming documents and the distribution of organizational and administrative documentation has improved.
4. The speed of preparation of documents has increased due to automatic formation according to templates.
5. The system can be developed (increasing the number of users, expanding functionality) while maintaining the specified performance.

The purpose of the project to implement the document management system was not only to increase the convenience and speed of working with internal documents, but also to further reduce financial costs for its maintenance and development. As a result, the latter decreased by 30%, and the labor costs of employees to work with documentation - by 20%. In total, 1,100 automated workplaces were created at Cordiant in less than a year. At the same time, 500 users work in the system at the same time, - commented Olga Aleksandrovna Tsarkova, manager of the 1C: Document Flow project at Cordiant.
