The Omega company completed implementation of a corporate information system of Abacus Financial (AF7) in Sberkarta company, the operator of the Russian interbank payment system "Sberkart".
A system was selected according to the results of closed competition. Its functionality as the developer claims, allows to solve problems not only within accounting and tax accounting, but also in the field of planning and management of activity of holding. The customer is going to use implemented by software for automation of financial and economic activity of the company, including its branch network, taking into account growth perspectives.
Trial operation of a system continued within half a year and included debugging of different processes and procedures, including uses of qualifiers, schemes of document flow, algorithms and settlement processing procedures of documents. Within the project the functionality for the automated conducting separate accounting of the VAT was implemented, hands-off processing of the imported files on processing transactions is configured, carrying out inventory of objects using the system of barcoding is provided, own printed forms of primary documents and reports are developed.
Let's note that for accession to internal documents a system supports the systems of files of any formats the drag&drop mechanism. Besides, for increase in safety of work in a system the tight restriction of access for users to data of different categories was provided, authentication of users on smart cards is connected by standard means of authorization of Windows.
In addition to the solution of accounting tasks, in the company intend to automate budgeting of divisions and services according to the process focused model and also to provide accomplishment in the system of transactions of operational planning and accounting of cash flows.
According to the chief financial officer of Sberkarta Zhanna Mayorova, in the nearest future the company "should develop optimal structure of budget items, to implement in AF7 system the mechanism of target accounting of all costs by products of the company, to automate process of providing necessary information in preset time to each interested person. Development of an algorithm of automatic replanning of the budget will be the second stage".
