2023: Use of BRIS Housing and Utilities

LLC "Unified Settlement and Cash Center" switched to settlements using the BRIS Housing and Utilities technology platform from Sberbank and JSC "Settlement Solutions" (part of the Sberbank Group). Sberbank announced this in October 2023.

Software and technology complex BRIS Housing and Communal Services - a settlement and information system designed to automate charges and accounting for payments for housing and communal services and increase the transparency of the housing and communal services industry.

The system allows you to take into account the functional requirements of the settlement center and provide a convenient tool for paying for housing and communal services. BRIS Housing and Communal Services helps to significantly reduce the time of calculations, increase their accuracy and begin to form payment documents in electronic format.

In August 2023, ERKTS LLC formed and sent to the residents of the city of Tver a single payment document with the cold water supply and sanitation services of Tver Vodokanal LLC included in it. This receipt can be obtained both on paper and electronically in the user's personal account or in the BRIS Housing and Utilities mobile application.

To implement this project, the technical specialists of JSC "DESIGN SOLUTIONS" made improvements to the system to meet the individual requirements of the customer. The registers of accruals for collectors were revised, the algorithms for the formation of a single payment document (EPD) were synchronized, the EPD was finalized in order to ensure the display of external calculation data, including XML format, algorithms for automatically loading data from readings of metering devices and uploading data to GIS housing and communal services were introduced. In total, these improvements affected more than 200 thousand personal accounts of consumers in Tver.
