Axioma-Soft was the contractor for the Good Distribution Partner management accounting automation project. As a result, 200 employees gained access to the system. Axioma-Soft announced this on October 27, 2023.

Prior to the implementation of the project, the company had complicated control over the transfer of data to the FSIS "Monitoring the movement of drugs." In addition, there were high labor costs for processing tender processes and controlling the margin of transactions.

Thus, the goal of the project was to create a single information space for automating the processes of maintaining and monitoring the execution of state and commercial contracts in the field. health care For this, the company "Axioma-Soft" has developed a system based on the software product 1C: Pharmacy Chain Management"."

The peculiarity of the implementation was that the developed system should, among other things, contain mechanisms for downloading and updating data on government contracts from the Unified Information System. It was also necessary to ensure complex pricing, transfer data on labeled products, automate the formation of contracts and specifications for them.

During the implementation of the project, the following results were achieved:

• A subsystem for creating contracts based on the conditions and criteria of future deliveries was created, as well as a subsystem for working with a unified procurement system;
• A distribution and mail client subsystem has been created;
• A subsystem for calculating discounts based on pricing conditions has been created;
• Retrobones accounting and control system has been established (Customer/Supplier);
• The system of control over the execution of deliveries under contracts has been improved;
• Improved services for monitoring data of the state register for medicines;
• A system for monitoring and reflecting the quality of goods, as well as revaluation of illiquids, has been created;
• MDLP subsystem has been improved;
• The subsystem for meeting the customer's needs has been improved;
• Revised directories Nomenclature, Counterparties/Partners, Contracts;
• Developed subsystem for loading/unloading and processing of external orders;
• Integration with: 1C,WMS, 1C: Accounting BIT.Finance;
• A subsystem for delivery and posting of additional transportation costs has been developed;
• Development of the claim block;
• Specialized processes have been developed for the formation and coordination of bank guarantees and security agreements.

At the same time, during the project integration , "1C: Pharmacy Network Management" was performed with solutions 1C: Document Flow"," "1C: Accounting," "1C: WMS."

Due to the implementation of the project, GDP automated sales and procurement contours, as well as the processing of tender procedures and the delivery management process. In addition, the receipt of management reporting accelerated by 50%.
