One of the most important modern trends of market development of ECM (storage systems and information management) is adaptation of interfaces of information systems to remote access from any point and to various mobile devices. The interest of customers in access to ECM systems via netbooks, smartphones, communicators, tablets, etc. grows. Specially developed interfaces for similar devices increase convenience of using of systems and mobility of users, allow business to increase the speed and flexibility of all business processes. Similar solutions from top management of the Russian companies which is interested in constant control of business with the minimum time expenditure and a user-friendly interface of work with information systems are especially demanded.
Developed Corus Consulting "mobile office" allows the head from any point, by means of the mobile device, to work with the electronic document management system implemented in the company: approve and sign documents, consider and issue instructions, send back documents for revision, control execution of instructions, perform search of the necessary documents. Mobile office for the head expands a range of opportunities even more and adapts a system for requirements of the top manager: a minimum of necessary transactions, the interface focused on work in the modes of approval, the signature and consideration of documents, support of different mobile devices and platforms, an opportunity for work in offline mode and so forth.
Via the "mobile office" web interface distinguishes specially developed interface from normal access to an information system. The similar interface is deprived of those shortcomings which are inherent in "thin client": new technologies allow to provide richer set of components, interactivity of interfaces, more convenient work with large volumes of data.
Technologies of the organization of interfaces allow today the head even to write graphic and voice instructions on electronic documents, i.e. along with efficiency of electronic document management, a system allows the top manager to use any convenient modes of work with documents.
The solution "Mobile Office" can work with different hardware-software platforms and information systems: EMC Documentum, Open Text, Oracle UCM, 1C. Document flow, Alfresco, Microsoft SharePoint.
Implementation of Mobile office is possible also on different mobile devices: iOS (iPhone, iPad), Android (mobile devices, tablets), Microsoft (mobile devices, notebooks, netbooks).

2011
In July, 2011 Corus Consulting provided upgraded version of the application for iPad "Mobile Office of the Head" - the interface for work with electronic document management systems. In the new version full-function functioning with documents offline is ensured and also the new module "Reports" which allows to browse now not only documents in an electronic document management system, but also the different reporting documents placed on information resources of the enterprise is implemented.
The application allows to process the entering, outgoing, administrative, organizational, contractual and directory documents which processing stages of consideration, approval, signing, a statement enter. Also at Mobile office the mechanism of work with instructions is implemented: issue of instructions (resolutions) and their execution, possibility of control of execution and also viewing reports on performing discipline. Technologies of the organization of the interface allow today the head even to write graphic and voice instructions on electronic documents, i.e. along with efficiency of electronic document management, the solution allows the top manager to use any convenient modes of work with documents.
CORUS Consulting conducts works on integration of Mobile office with the electronic digital signature based on a CIPF of Crypto Pro. The solution "Mobile Office of the Head" is registered in Rospatent - the certificate on state registration of the computer program No. 2011612808, registered in the register of the computer programs of 4/7/2011.
2012
In the spring of 2012 developers "CORUS Consulting" complemented usual functions of work with documents, reports and instructions with support of the electronic digital signature (EDS) based on the certified Crypto Pro cryptoprovider. The new functionality allows to approve and sign documents using the EDS directly via iPad.

Obtaining the certificate on the iDocs trademark
The solution iDocs developed by CORUS Consulting Group received in May, 2014 the official certificate on the trademark and is registered in the state register of trademarks and service marks.
iDocs represents the mobile application allowing to solve key problems of work with any kinds of documents. The solution is intended for heads and chiefs of structural divisions of the companies and corporations. Thanks to the adapted interfaces the solution iDocs allows to carry out tasks of document handling, to browse events in the calendar and also to open the reports or other documents prepared for the head, using the mobile devices Apple iPad.
The solution gives the following functionality:
- Approval, signing and document approval (with a possibility of viewing the sheet of approval);
- Work with projects of instructions;
- Consideration of the document and issue of new instructions;
- Control of execution of instructions;
- Viewing reports on instructions;
- Work in regime of "deputy";
- Adding of documents in the Favorites folder;
- Viewing documents in the Favorites folder;
- Sending tasks for acquaintance;
- Viewing the documents placed on information resources of the organization;
- Viewing, creation and editing events in the calendar;
- Obtaining push-notifications.
iDocs can be integrated with any workflow systems and corporate information systems of the enterprise. At the moment, within functionality of the solution, the ability to integrate with EMC Documentum, Alfresco and Microsoft SharePoint is already implemented.
Corus Consulting and Citeck argued because of the name iDocs
In September, 2014 Corus Consulting told TAdviser that the Citeck company violates its exclusive rights to the iDocs trademark, using it in the name of the product Citeck iDocs.
On the iDocs trademark follows from the provided TAdviser of the certificate of Corus Consulting that, including for use in relation to software development, the company submitted the request for its registration in 2012. In 2014 the certificate was received. Same year Citeck registered the computer program with the name Citeck iDocs.
The area director of electronic document management systems of Corus Consulting Alexander Axelrod believes that the registration certificate of the computer program is not enough to use the trademark.
"As the iDocs trademark belongs to Corus Consulting, when using of the name by Citeck company of the product (Citeck iDocs) the exclusive rights to our trademark are violated. It is possible to use the iDocs trademark only from the formal permission of Corus Consulting and with mentioning us as the owner", - he says.
The CEO of Citeck Anton Ivanov, in turn, told TAdviser that the solution of his company is called Citeck iDocs (from 2 words) and represents "full-fledged EDMS on the Alfresco platform" while at Corus Consulting of iDocs is a mobile client to different EDMS. He also noted that in the presence of questions concerning the trademark, Corus Consulting is better to address his company directly and to discuss them.
From the point of view of lawyers of Association of software makers of BSA, use of the name iDocs by Citeck company at sale and promotion of the Citeck iDocs program in the Russian market (on packagings, in documentation, in advertizing messages, on the Internet and other methods) can be recognized with high probability violation of the rights of Corus Consulting company to the iDocs trademark.
"The iDocs trademark is registered by Corus Consulting for classes MKTU 42 and 35 regarding, in addition, development and improvement technical and the software of computers and collecting and systematization of data in computer systems respectively. The computer programs can be recognized homogeneous to the services stated above for which the iDocs trademark is registered. As for similarity of designations, probability is also high that the name of the Citeck iDocs program can be recognized similar to extent of mixing with the iDocs trademark, proceeding from external and semantic similarity", - explained TAdviser in BSA.
At the same time the final decision can be made only by court taking into account results of examinations and other proofs and arguments which can be provided by both parties, add to BSA.
Lawyers of Association also reminded that negative effects for the party which was illegally using someone else's trademark can include, in addition to prohibition on further use of the trademark and removal it from all packagings and materials, compensation of the caused losses or compensation payment. Involvement of the violator to administrative or criminal liability is also possible.
iDocs "Mobile Office" 3.0
On September 22, 2014 the CORUS Consulting group announced a release of the new version of mobile application of iDocs "Mobile Office" 3.0.
The adapted interfaces allow to process documents, to browse events in the calendar, to open the reports or other documents prepared for the head, using mobile devices. iDocs: Mobile office can be integrated with any workflow systems and corporate information systems of the enterprise. For September 22, 2014 within functionality of the solution the ability to integrate with EMC Documentum, Alfresco and Microsoft SharePoint is implemented.
In the version of iDocs®: Mobile office 3.0 is optimized a number of mechanisms and functions. Specialists finished the synchronization mechanism where they added multithreaded loading and optimized its speed. The mechanism of registration of events in system operation is finished, the application interface is optimized: the mechanism of display of a large number of data is improved and support of IOS 7.X is implemented.
The new version includes new features:
- the mechanism of synchronization of data at the folded application is implemented,
- option of search in all categories when the user can see results in a separate window.

On May 19, 2014 Corus Consulting received the state certificate on the iDocs trademark: Mobile office.
