2023: Neon LMS System Introduction
On October 30, 2023, Nexign introduced the Neon LMS system, which helps organize a database of educational courses and materials, plan training events and comprehensively manage the process of training employees. With typical APIs, the system seamlessly integrates with existing HR processes, including 1C: Payroll and HR Management, and other personnel accounting systems. This allows you to collect, analyze information about employees and, on its basis, comprehensively approach the construction of training.
Neon LMS includes a constructor of media courses with materials of various formats: illustrations, videos, polls and tests. Each employee has a personal account, which is customized depending on access rights and role - student, teacher or manager. A modern and intuitive interface helps you organize the learning process faster and more efficiently. The process administrator can create his own training courses and materials, classify them according to the necessary parameters: content format, categories, developed skills and competencies, access rights and others. It is also possible to create training based on the company's electronic courses in SCORM format. The material catalog allows you to quickly find the desired content through search filters and open access to groups of employees according to specified criteria. The instructor can view information about attendance and training progress. The manager has the ability to track progress in training his subordinates and agree on applications. Students, in turn, receive unlimited access to all materials, practical tasks and assessments based on the results of training.
