Special attention is supposed to be paid to books from the Rare Fund, local history literature and newspapers of the regional fund, - said Alexander Vladimirovich Sokolovsky, head of the Center for Regional Local History of the Ivanovo Central Universal Scientific Library. - Attention to regional funds is explained by the fact that these publications (especially newspapers) are either not enough or not at all outside the regional scientific library.
