Description

After studying the terms of reference, the specialists of 1C-Rarus Chelyabinsk set the goal: To collect in a single information system all documents of transportation costs for the delivery of finished products with the possibility of calculating the cost in the price of sold products. It was also necessary to create an analysis to record spending on transport services and calculate the net price without transport services for further analysis of profitability.

As a result of the project, a unit for procurement and reserves was developed with the implementation of three large armaments: AWS: AWS "Supplier Assessment," AWS "OMTS Engineer's Workplace" (this AWS employs not only an OMTS engineer but storekeepers) and AWS "Automatic formation of transfer orders and purchase orders."

Thanks to the implementation of AWS, it was possible to:

  1. Set up a mechanism for evaluating suppliers in real time with the ability to fix the number and date of compliance certificates;
  2. Create a way to manage internal movement of goods with distribution of goods shipment by subdivisions.
  3. Close the item requirement by creating a chain of purchase order transfer orders according to supply schemes and methods.
  4. Save time and reduce errors.

Shipping Analysis:

  1. You have developed a mechanism for distributing transport services and calculating the net price without transport services;
  2. Created a tool for calculating the cost of services for the provision of rolling stock and a mechanism for reconciliation with service providers;
  3. The mechanism for calculating the fare rate and reconciliation of tariff data with the data of Russian Railways was implemented;
  4. You have created mechanisms for matching sales and shipping documents. Fixed errors in paperwork;
  5. Adjustments have been made, on the basis of which internal procedures for paperwork have been developed and adjusted.

The following was also performed:

  • The tariff for the delivery of Russian Railways products was calculated;
  • The cost of rolling stock services was calculated;
  • Reconciliation of invoices from RZD with calculated tariffs was carried out;
  • The issued invoices for rolling stock provision services were checked;
  • Data from counterparties on accounts was uploaded to the 1C system;
  • The system was refined in terms of NSI (railway station directories, shipping points, railway directories);
  • A mechanism for matching sales documents and shipping documents has been developed;
  • A mechanism for distributing the cost of transportation costs for shipped products has been created.

96 workplaces were automated.
