Limited Liability Company Hitachi Construction Machinery Eurasia (LLC KKM Eurasia) performs production, sale, supply and technical support of Hitachi construction and mining equipment in Russia and the CIS. The hydraulic excavator plant is located in the Tver region, and the company's sales office is located in Moscow.

The history of Hitachi Construction Machinery's business in Russia began in 1978, when the first Japanese-made excavators were delivered here. In 1982, Hitachi opened the first official representative office in Russia. For 40 years, Hitachi's technology has rightly earned the trust of customers, which has contributed to the rapid growth of the company and the constant improvement of its products.

Maintenance

Description

As part of the first project, the 1C-Rarus project team transferred operational, accounting and international accounting from 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 to the modern 1C:ERP Enterprise Management configuration.

The following subsystems were implemented:

  • Procurement Management;
  • Sales Management;
  • Inventory management;
  • Budgeting;
  • Accounting and tax accounting;
  • International financial accounting;
  • Integration with external information systems.

As part of the next phase of the project, the production control unit was transferred from the SMAP information system to the already deployed Enterprise Management 1C:ERP.

The following functional blocks have been implemented:

  • Regulatory Reference Information Management;
  • Production planning;
  • Ensuring production;
  • Production Dispatching.

1C-Rarus specialists conducted a detailed analysis of existing improvements and business processes, implemented all additional requirements for functionality that arose during the project. Personnel has been trained to work in the new system. Thanks to the work done, KKM Eurasia has received a modern information system that can be configured and refined to further improve the efficiency of the Company.
