The automation of KraftSpan LLC's activities is carried out using the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2. "

In 2023, KraftSpain faced the need to develop and improve its information system in order to increase the transparency of accounting and formation of management reporting. The key goal of the project was to obtain a system of support for management decisions and business development.

As a result, the optimization strategy adopted by KraftSpain affected all business processes, including the automation of the following accounting areas:
