The accounting system and property management provided collection of information on objects in the single database from all divisions of the company participating in accounting and property management.

Functionality of a system

A system provides the uniform tool for systematization and information analysis on a corporate property and also provides online access to information necessary for acceptance of management decisions:

  • single system of maintaining NSI;
  • management of lifecycle of objects of property: acquisition, operation, service and implementation;
  • management of lifecycle of the documents which are bases for the movement and state change of objects of property: accounting, creation, formation, approval of agreements and other documents;
  • classification and work with different object types: personal / real estate, transport, equipment;
  • collection of information on property from the accounting systems of the company and any divisions (production and operational);
  • input, adjustment, consolidation of data on accounting items and connected documents for lease, leasing; assignment of rights of property and so forth;
  • search and operational providing data on property and the connected documents to the staff of the company at all levels of management;
  • formation of any registers of property, documents, summary reports on the templates set by users;
  • access control of users to functions and data of a system. ov is the effective instrument of optimization of assets of the enterprise and decrease in conditional fixed costs.
