Lorenz Snack-World Rush LLC optimizes its operations using the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 software product.

In 2023, Lorenz Snack-World Rush faced the need to develop and improve its information system in order to increase the transparency of accounting and formation of management reporting. The key goal of the project was to obtain a system of support for management decisions and business development.

As a result, the optimization strategy adopted by Lorenz Snack-World Rush affected all business processes, including the automation of the following metering areas:
