On April 25, 2024, SimpleOne introduced an updated version of its import-independent CRM system for managing corporate sales and marketing in the B2B segment.

SimpleOne B2B CRM is a Russian alternative to the departed Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce. According to the developers, the system offers great customization opportunities for individual business requirements, integrates with the existing IT landscape using the REST API.

The updated version of the product adds the ability to create a partner portal, register and track all transactions from the partner company and improves the validation of the uniqueness of field values.

Many large vendors often choose a sales model for themselves through the construction and further development of a partner channel. The added capabilities of the B2B CRM product allow such companies to organize the work of partners in a single digital environment and build an end-to-end sales funnel for all transactions. A separate partner portal can be created for each sales line, where partners can register leads and opportunities. The registered data automatically enters the CRM system for further qualification by the managers. Registration provides convenient access to company and contact directories from all data in the CRM system.

Added Primary Contact Representative role for partner companies. Users with this role can see not only their records, but also all registrations and opportunities of their company on the partner portal.

The SimpleOne B2B CRM administrator can set up restrictions on access rights to partner portals in such a way that the data will be available only to employees of the corresponding sales area. Switching to a portal of another direction will become impossible for employees - the system will redirect them either to its own or to the service portal.

The product is based on the SimpleOne platform, which provides the flexibility and functionality that systems require for large enterprise companies.

The main possibilities of the solution:

  • Orientation to B2B. The solution is suitable for companies working with B2B sales, which are characterized by: a long transaction cycle, difficult competition and dense work with corporate marketing;
  • World practices. The solution includes evidence-based corporate sales management practices and evidence-based management practices, which help companies automate the big sales process;
  • A lot of participating parties. The system is designed with complex corporate structures in mind. Regardless of the number of parties involved in the deal, the solution ensures transparency and coordination in the work;
  • Support for sales of content and methodological materials. The solution includes the process of automating the development of marketing materials and their delivery directly in the context of specific transactions, helping sales;
  • Import substitution. SimpleOne is included in the register of domestic software and allows companies to replace the CRM systems of foreign vendors with a domestic solution. The solution was developed taking into account all stages of the life cycle of large sales. For each stage, appropriate tools are provided: content generation, leadership generation, lead qualification, task chain management. The solution also provides a mobile PWA application, the ability to integrate with others systems through the API, as well as process customization using low-code/no-code tools.

The peculiarity of this segment lies in the long transaction cycles, the involvement of many participants from different sides, a complex decision-making scheme, careful work with the criteria and the need to work closely with marketing. Regardless of which sales methodology the user uses - SPIN, Solution Selling or Miller-Hayman methodology - the solution can be adjusted and become the optimal tool.
