B2B CRM 1.5.0

SimpleOne has expanded the Partner Management section of its B2B CRM 1.5.0 product. Four key modules have been added to optimize the work with the partner network: "Partner Programs," "Partner Levels," "Partnership Applications" and "Partner Agreements." The update is especially relevant for big business. The company announced this on September 30, 2024.

In this release of B2B CRM 1.5.0, users can fully track the customer experience in a new section of the Partner Management navigator:
1. Create and configure partner programs and levels within them
It became possible to register the proposed conditions of cooperation, fix the steps that the partner can achieve, and the requirements necessary for obtaining the level.
2. Process Partnership Requests
Applications of companies wishing to cooperate with the vendor company go through the stages of processing by status using UI-actions on the form of a partnership application. A new CRM Customer Contact Information widget is also available there, which contains basic information about the contact to which the requisition is associated.
3. Create partner agreements for accepted bids
Partnership agreements allow you to record the status of relationships with companies in the system and store information about all significant contacts in them. A status model is available for agreements that allows you to store both current and outdated contracts in the system and, thus, save the entire history of relations with a partner.

Partner Portal Opportunity

On April 25, 2024, SimpleOne introduced an updated version of its import-independent CRM system for managing corporate sales and marketing in the B2B segment.

SimpleOne B2B CRM is a Russian alternative to the departed Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce. According to the developers, the system offers great customization opportunities for individual business requirements, integrates with the existing IT landscape using the REST API.

The updated version of the product adds the ability to create a partner portal, register and track all transactions from the partner company and improves the validation of the uniqueness of field values.

Many large vendors often choose a sales model for themselves through the construction and further development of a partner channel. The added capabilities of the B2B CRM product allow such companies to organize the work of partners in a single digital environment and build an end-to-end sales funnel for all transactions. A separate partner portal can be created for each sales line, where partners can register leads and opportunities. The registered data automatically enters the CRM system for further qualification by the managers. Registration provides convenient access to company and contact directories from all data in the CRM system.

Added Primary Contact Representative role for partner companies. Users with this role can see not only their records, but also all registrations and opportunities of their company on the partner portal.

The SimpleOne B2B CRM administrator can set up restrictions on access rights to partner portals in such a way that the data will be available only to employees of the corresponding sales area. Switching to a portal of another direction will become impossible for employees - the system will redirect them either to its own or to the service portal.

  • World practices. The solution includes evidence-based corporate sales management practices and evidence-based management practices, which help companies automate the big sales process;
  • A lot of participating parties. The system is designed with complex corporate structures in mind. Regardless of the number of parties involved in the deal, the solution ensures transparency and coordination in the work;
