Description

Before the start of the project, accounting for economic activities was carried out in handwritten journals and tables of Microsoft Excel. The specialists of 1C-Rarus Chelyabinsk were faced with the task of introducing a comprehensive solution for automation. The solution was 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2. The choice of a software product was influenced by the positive experience of the company using software products of the 1C:Enterprise 8 line.

It took specialists from 1C-Rarus Chelyabinsk half a year to automate the plant. The project began in October 2019 and was successfully commissioned on January 1, 2020. During this time, the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 system was installed and configured, materials from Microsoft Excel handwritten journals and spreadsheets were transferred, personnel were trained and the system was put into commercial operation.

For 4 months of operation, the first economic effects of the implementation of the 1C:ERP program are already noticeable. For example, the accuracy of management reporting has significantly increased, previously the indicators were not balanced, and the timing of providing management reporting to the business owner has been reduced by 10 days, which allows you to quickly respond to changes and make decisions earlier.

Customer Feedback

The company previously used spreadsheets to plan sales, purchasing, and production accounting. This significantly slowed down the work of the divisions, it was difficult to plan, control the remnants of raw materials and finished products in the warehouse. There was an urgent need for an information system that would allow us to combine the work of divisions, speed up the processing of orders, and improve production planning.

An important role in choosing an accounting system for the company's management was played by the fact that the software solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "is a modern system with great functionality for development, as well as the fact that the manufacturer supports the program.

The implementation partner was invited the 1C-Rarus company, which has the status of 1C: ERP Center, which has extensive experience in automating accounting systems, has a certificate on the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

The project was completed in 6 months. 70 workplaces were automated. The activities of the company's managers, managers, technologists, production masters, warehouse employees were automated.

During the project, 1C-Rarus specialists performed the following works:

  • An analysis of the customer's business processes was carried out, development of methods for implementing the requirements using standard tools of the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 software product;

Now the management of the Company can automatically receive management reports (Financial Result, Management Balance, Income and Expenses of the organization) for two organizations using 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 in a shorter time, as well as generate data online on warehouse balances and cash flows.
