Education

Ekaterina Lyakhova graduated from the Judicial Prosecutor's Department of the Ural State Law Academy with a degree in jurisprudence, the Lomonosov Moscow State University Higher School of Business (MBA program), as well as the Antwerp School of Management.

Career

2000-2008

In 2000-2005 she was the head of the legal department of Renova Group of Companies, and in 2006-2007. was the head of the representative office of Renova Project Limited in the Republic of Cyprus.

In 2008 - General Director of Koltsovo-Invest OJSC (management company of Koltsovo Airport).

2010-2017

In 2010, she was invited to the position of Vice President for Corporate Governance of the Fuel Company of Rosatom State Corporation - TVEL JSC. Since 2011 - Director for Investment Management and Operational Efficiency of Rosatom State Corporation. In July 2017, she was appointed Director for Economics and Investments of Rosatom State Corporation.

2019-2022

Since 2019, she has been a member of the board of directors of Delo Management Company LLC since 2022 - on the board of directors of Transcontainer PJSC.

2023: Appointment as CEO of Delo Group

In November 2023, Ekaterina Lyakhova headed Delo, Russia's largest transport and logistics holding. She will also retain the position of Director of Business Development at Rosatom.

As general director of the Delo Management Company, Ekaterina Lyakhova replaced Dmitry Pankov. The new place of work of the latter by November 9, 2023 has not been announced.
