In November 2025, the Delo group of companies, the leading transport and logistics holding in Russia, announced the key financial indicators for 2022-2024. The company's revenue decreased by 8%, amounting to $3.1 billion against $3.4 billion in 2023, and EBITDA increased to $1 billion, exceeding the results of 2023 ($998 million) and 2022 ($992 million).

These data were published on the company's website and presented by the founder of Delo Group of Companies, Chairman of the Board of Directors Sergei Shishkarev during Russian-Indian consultations in New Delhi and in his Telegram channel.

Russia's largest transport and logistics holding Delo reduced annual revenue by 8%

In addition to financial results, Delo pays great attention to the implementation of the ESG agenda aimed at the sustainable development of environmental, social and corporate governance.

According to the report, in 2024 more than 2 billion rubles were allocated for projects in the field of sustainable development, including social guarantees of employees (over 1 billion rubles), labor protection (749 million rubles) and environmental initiatives (162 million rubles).

The launch of an online carbon footprint calculator and the introduction of energy-saving technologies at terminals became part of the green logistics strategy developed for the period from 2024 to 2035.

The holding's social initiatives, such as the program to increase the birth rate, support motherhood and childhood, presented by Sergei Shishkarev to Russian President Vladimir Putin, were highly appreciated at the state and industry levels.

Shishkarev joined the Presidential Council for Demographic and Family Policy, and the company received the ESG Excellence Award, Leaders of Corporate Charity and the ESG rating award For Contribution to Achieving National Goals.

2023: Revenue growth by 6 times to 41.4 billion rubles

LLC Delo Management Company (the parent company of Delo Group of Companies) in 2023 earned 41.4 billion rubles in revenue, which is more than 6 times higher than a year ago. Net profit increased even more - 22 times, to 37.6 billion rubles. Such data on RAS were released in April 2024.

As Interfax writes with reference to the materials of the Delo Management Company, the company completed 2023 with long-term obligations in the amount of 36.9 billion rubles against 30.75 billion rubles a year earlier. The volume of borrowed funds amounted to 36.7 billion rubles (by the end of 2022 - 30.66 billion rubles). Short-term liabilities as of December 31, 2023 were measured at 10.8 billion rubles against 13.05 billion rubles a year earlier. In 2023, Delo Management Company allocated 36 billion rubles to pay dividends.

LLC "Management Company" Delo "earned 41.4 billion rubles in revenue

According to the results of 2023, TransContainer, a member of Delo Group, had a revenue transportation volume of 2.18 million DFE (a conventional unit of measurement of the capacity of freight vehicles), which is 2.6% more than a year earlier. The main drivers were transportation in the import and domestic Russian directions. Their volumes increased by 10.1% (to 606 thousand DFE) and by 5.9% (up to 716 thousand DFE), respectively.

At the end of 2023, the NUTEP container terminal and the KSK grain terminal (both part of the Delo Group of Companies) set new records for transshipment volumes. NUTEP processed 602.5 thousand. DFE, which is 3.4% more than a year earlier, and KSK exported 8.2 million tons of grain (+ 37% compared to 2022).

2025: Founder Sergey Shishkarev became the owner of a controlling 51% stake in the group

The founder of the Delo Group of Companies, Sergei Shishkarev, filed a petition with the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) to acquire 1% of Delo Management Company. As a result of the transaction, Shishkarev's share in the company will increase to 51%. This was announced in November 2025 by a source familiar with the document. 1% of Delo Group of Companies belongs to Transmashholding (TMH), which acquired it at the end of 2024, having received the right to appoint the general director of the management company, which Alexey Lebedev soon became .
