PETON NIPI NG (Datareon ESB Corporate Data Service Bus)

2023: Implementation of DATAREON ESB and "1C:MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management"

The management of NIPI NG "PETON" presented strict requirements for the functionality of software products, which directly followed from the tasks of the project. The master data management system had to:

• comply with the principles of a single information space, improve the quality of data due to their standardization, eliminate duplication of input;
• generate and process user requests for NSI addition/modification using business processes adapted to the needs of structural subdivisions;
• have flexible settings for distinguishing access to specific types of NSI, applications, NSI management processes, etc.

In turn, the service data bus used for integration had to meet the following criteria:

• ensure standardization and unification of formats, transmitted data and information messages;
• ensure guaranteed delivery of messages to all registered participants of information interaction;
• provide the possibility of bus segmentation and interaction of segments belonging to various organizations (message routing, exchange of settings), etc.

The positive effect that NIPI NG "PETON" received as a result of the project:

• transparency and controllability of the reference book maintenance process;
• reduced labor costs for the introduction of data into reference books;
• double entry of information is excluded;
• completeness, unity and consistency of data through centralization of reference books;
• providing a reliable and reliable basis for making operational management decisions by quickly obtaining consolidated data for reports;
• improved quality and relevance of data by performing built-in checks and updating data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
• timely updating of the data and business processes used in the enterprise.
