The joint solution of 1C and AXELOT 1C:MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management belongs to the Master Data Management (MDM) class and is designed to build unified corporate-level regulatory reference information systems in companies with an extensive branch structure or heterogeneous information landscape. With the help of 1C:MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management, reference books and classifiers are prepared, primary content processing, maintenance of regulatory reference information, support of centralized reference books in the current state, as well as synchronization of records of objects of regulatory reference information in information systems of the enterprise.
2016: 1C:MDM Regulatory Reference Management, Revision 2
1C:MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management, Revision 2, is designed to build unified corporate-level regulatory reference information systems for companies with an extensive branch structure or heterogeneous information landscape.
With the help of the 1C:MDM NSI Management software product, the processes of consolidation, initial processing and maintenance of regulatory reference information are automated in order to increase the profitability of the processes of using material and technical, human, financial resources and assets of enterprises. In general, the software product provides comprehensive control over the process of maintaining regulatory reference information and provides the functions of integrating regulatory reference information between different accounting and information systems.
The main specialized functionality of the program (as of May 2016):
- ensuring the storage and management of corporate regulatory reference information;
- organization of reference data exchange between different information systems used in enterprises and organizations;
- normalization of original reference book records;
- finding and linking takes;
- search for analogues and interchangeable objects of regulatory reference information;
- Maintain multiple hierarchical classification
- assignment of properties and characteristics of reference information objects;
- Creating and changing the structure of reference books without configuration
- setting up the procedure for maintaining and updating regulatory reference information.
The software product consists of the following subsystems:
- data structure management subsystem;
- information viewing and retrieval subsystem;
- subsystem for control of regulatory reference information maintenance processes;
- integration interaction subsystem;
- administration subsystem.
The MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management configuration is original, but not independent, for its operation it is necessary to have the installed 1C: Enterprise platform version 8.3, the Taxi interface is supported. It is possible to share with 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.
The configuration is completely open, contains no secure code spans, and does not use software or hardware protection.
2015: Certification for compatibility with "1C: Enterprise "
In the summer of 2015, I successfully passed the next certification for obtaining the status of "Compatible! Program system 1C: Enterprise "software product" 1C:Enterprise 8. MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management, version 1.0, developed by AXELOT (Axelot-K LLC) and submitted for certification as a configuration developed in 1C:Enterprise 8.3 environment in managed application mode.
2013: Certification for compatibility with "1C: Enterprise "
In the spring of 2013, he successfully passed the next certification for obtaining the status of "Compatible! Program System 1C: Enterprise "Software Product" 1C:MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management, "developed by AXELOT and submitted for certification as a configuration developed in the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 environment in the managed application mode.

Description of the functionality of the MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management product
The MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management configuration is designed to automate the processes of consolidation, initial processing and maintenance of regulatory reference information, in order to increase the profitability of the processes of using material and technical, human, financial resources and assets of enterprises. MDM (Master Data Management) is a set of organizational measures and tools designed to manage regulatory reference information. In general, the configuration provides the ability to manage the process of maintaining regulatory reference information and provides the functions of integrating regulatory reference information between different accounting and information systems (as of April 2011).
The MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management configuration is used to control the process of maintaining regulatory reference information (NSI) along the chain of user request - position processing by an NSI expert - creating a record about the NSI object in the corporate (centralized) NSI system - data replication into functional (production) systems of the enterprise.
The configuration can be demanded by companies that have or do not have an extensive network of branches or territorial-distributed divisions. The use of the configuration will be especially effective for companies with several accounting and production information systems.
The MDM Regulatory Reference Management configuration provides multiple classification of regulatory reference information. With multiple classification of NSI, the configuration supports the possibility of using various combinations of all-Russian classifiers, industry classifiers, international classifiers, internal specialized classifiers of companies. The configuration also supports the ability to create and maintain planar and hierarchical classifiers.
In the MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management configuration, it is possible to group regulatory reference information by various attributes and characteristics. It is possible to simultaneously maintain independent variants of NSI groupings, both planar and hierarchical.
The MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management configuration allows you to build a Unified Regulatory Reference Information Management System (EU NSI) of the enterprise. At the same time, a full cycle of work on the transfer of NSI objects from the company's production and accounting systems to the Unified NSI System is supported. Using the MDM Regulatory Reference Management software product, you can:
- equalizing the attribute composition of reference books,
- adjustment of classifiers, groupings, lists of technical characteristics and their permissible values,
- primary data consolidation, normalization (including search and linking of duplicates, creation of reference NSI objects, installation of links to auxiliary objects or reference books and to related NSI objects),
- primary synchronization of NSI data used by all information systems (IE) of the enterprise,
- maintaining the NSI in the current state, as well as maintaining the base of regulatory and technical documents.
The MDM Regulatory Reference Management configuration works in Managed Application mode.
Basic System Functionality
The implementation of the 1C:MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management standardizes information interaction between structural units and functional services of the enterprise, will allow centralizing responsibility for the quality of regulatory reference information, ensure its relevance in terms of basic reference books, reduce the impact of the "human factor," and finally increase the effectiveness of management decisions and operational control of key production and economic indicators.
Software Product "1C:Enterprise 8. MDM Regulatory Reference Management "provides the following capabilities (as of April 2011):
- Management of contents of NSI reference books,
- Viewing and searching of contents of NSI reference books,
- Manage requests to add/modify reference information,
- Synchronization of NSI reference books,
- Integration (loading/unloading) of NSI reference books,
- Administration of NSI reference books.
As you can see from the flow diagrams, the configuration implements the functions of the processes for processing the original content and maintaining (updating) the NSI.
In addition to primary processing and further NSI maintenance, the configuration supports replication (synchronization) of NSI object records to various consumer systems.
AXELOT expects that 1C:MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management will become a truly popular solution, because in addition to its wide functionality, it is distinguished by a price that is quite competitive for its class of systems - 450,000 rubles.
