Description
The main reasons for the implementation of the automation system were the need to launch a budgeting system, planning and operational accounting, technical and "moral" obsolescence of the previously used software product.
The goal of the implementation project is to obtain a convenient tool for accounting and planning production processes, a unified environment for all employees, and modern accounting functionality.
The management of the Company decided to automate on the basis of "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2. " The accounting model implemented in "1C: Enterprise," familiar to users, is used "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8," there is a staff of system support specialists, relatively low transition cost.
Currently, accounting is carried out on the subsystems of operational and regulated accounting, the following accounting areas are automated:
- Production;
- Treasury;
- Trading, Warehouse;
- Budgeting.
Work was carried out on setting up NSI and reports for the purposes of management accounting, budgeting, treasury. As a result of the implemented works, accounting is kept in one IE, the need for work and analysis of data in several systems has disappeared. The plans include the further development of the production subsystem, the use of planning and budgeting subsystems for sales, procurement and production.
