Description

In 2021, the enterprise became the task of phased comprehensive automation using modern software products. There are plans to automate a large number of functions of the organization, including scheduling, accounting and control of work. To achieve the goals, the program "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2. " The first step was to automate the cash management task.

1C-Rarus was selected as the company's program adaptation partner.

The following works were performed with the help of 1C-Rarus specialists:

  • Demonstration of the capabilities of the software product;
  • Delivery and installation of the software product, including setting up access to the work base at automated user workstations;
  • Initial training and support of users when starting the program;
  • Implementation of several units of integrated automated system at the enterprise;
  • Initial training of users to work in the accounting system;
  • Familiarize yourself with product support options.

As a result of the completed works, the following units are automated:

  • Cash management;
  • Personnel accounting;
  • Inventory management.

At the moment, the program is successfully used at 11 workplaces. Since 01.02.2022, users have independently entered the data of primary documents into the system, the company's management has the ability to promptly receive reports. The first stage of automation has been completed.

Use of industry solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "allows you to achieve the goals of comprehensive enterprise automation.
