2023: Implementation of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management"
15 multidisciplinary medical clinics "Scandinavia" in, and St. Petersburg Kazan To Vologda switched to. 1C:ERP An accurate accounting of the movement of 50,000 names of medicines in the company's warehouses has been organized. An operational exchange data on the movement of drugs state with the information system "" was ensured. Honest sign Nurses now send applications to the central warehouse directly through:, 1CERP the supply of medicines and consumables to 140 departments of clinics has been optimized by 15%. This was announced on November 21, 2023 by representatives of the company. WiseAdvice-IT
According to the company, earlier an outdated and highly customized program was used for operational accounting and management in the company. It took a lot of time to consolidate data on drug balances in warehouses, it was difficult to collect information on the movement of drugs for planning purchases and transferring data to the information system for monitoring the movement of drugs (IS "MDLP," Honest Sign). For separate accounting of expenses compensated by the CHI fund, spreadsheets were used.
The company began to need an updated information system that would optimize control over the movement of medicines, their supply to divisions, organize an operational exchange of data with Honest Sign, and reduce the time for preparing analytical reports necessary for management to control and manage clinics.
To implement the tasks, the solution "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" was chosen. The partner in the project was the 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT.
Key project results:
- In the updated system, batch registration of the movement of drugs was organized, accurate accounting of balances in warehouses was ensured, operational calculation of the needs of divisions in medicines and consumables was implemented. Nurses now form and send medical claims directly from the 1C:ERP to the central warehouse. This helped to optimize procurement management, optimize supply planning and 15% supply of medicines to clinic departments.
- The tasks of the Treasury were automated, including the formation of applications for payment, taking into account the planned receipts. Payments are made "on time," control over the spending of funds and the fulfillment of financial obligations has been strengthened, and the effectiveness of liquidity management has been optimized.
- Operational work with labeling of medicines has been organized. The creation of documents for the receipt of drugs based on data received from the unified MDLP system, as well as documents for sending data to the IS MDLP, is automated. All information about marked medicines instantly and without errors is received by the Honest Sign state system. Traceability of drugs was ensured by the numbers of control identification signs (KiZ) in 140 warehouses - from receipt to shipment to the Scandinavia clinics. It became possible to write off disassembled packages of medicines with data transfer to the MDLP: earlier, individual ampoules had to be recorded only in operational accounting and issued from the warehouse in entire packages, now the storekeeper knows exactly the rest of the warehouse until the last blister, and the company is protected from the risks of entering inaccurate information into the labeling system.
- The system implements separate accounting of operations with compulsory medical insurance funds. Regular collection of data on expenses for a specific department instead of 8 hours now takes only 2 hours.
In the future, the management of Scandinavia plans to integrate 1C:ERP with the medical information system in terms of calculating employees' salaries.
The implemented 1C:ERP implementation project made it possible to automate, unify and optimize the accounting procedures and business processes of the Scandinavia clinic network. Separate accounting of target funds in management and accounting is organized. The efficiency, reliability, quality and reliability of the company's credentials were optimized. The quality of preparation of consolidated statements for all medical organizations has increased. Data preservation and the accumulation of statistics necessary for making management decisions are ensured. noted Olga Polukhina, CFO of Scandinavia |
As a result of the project, with the maximum possible preservation of typical functionality, a solution 1C:ERP created that can be used to automate medical clinics and service enterprises funded by third-party organizations. told Alexander Pryamonosov, CEO of WiseAdvice-IT |
