2023: Polyclinic Construction

In November 2023, the Procurement Center of the Ryazan Region announced the construction of a branch of the polyclinic department for adults at the City Clinical Hospital No. 11. About 1.54 billion rubles are provided for the implementation of the project.

As Komsomolskaya Pravda writes with reference to documents published on a single public procurement portal, a 6-story clinic will appear in Dashkovo-Pesochna near Vasilyevsky Lane and Pesochenskaya Street in Ryazan. The medical facility will provide for:

• trauma center;
• a unit for receiving patients with signs of infectious diseases;
• department of X-ray diagnostics, computer (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI);
• a therapeutic unit;
• clinical diagnostic laboratory;
• endoscopic department;
• Department of Medical Prevention;
• physiotherapy gym;
• a block of specialist doctors;
• functional diagnostics department;
• surgical unit;
• day hospital unit;
• physiotherapy unit;
• administrative block;
• training unit;
• central sterilization department.

It is specified that the MRI office should be equipped with a Revolution EVO computed tomograph with the Clarity imaging complex and ASiR technology, as well as a SIGNA Explorer 1.5T magnetic resonance tomograph. In total, about 310 million rubles are planned to be allocated for equipment for the clinic.

From the materials of the tender it follows that its winner should begin work in February 2024, and put into operation the building until October 24, 2025. The medical facility is designed for 1,200 visits per shift, the number of the planned served population is 50 thousand people. In 2024, 596.4 million rubles will be allocated to the contractor, the remaining 941.4 million rubles will arrive in 2025.^[1]
